For returns, please contact us first to communicate your issue. Goods returned without prior communication are not accepted for refunds.
Items are able to be returned for a refund or exchanged – provided they are clean and as new and within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. For items with dirt or signs of wear, a re-stocking fee will be deducted.
If a return/exchange/refund is required, please supply photos of the boots on the horse so that we can ascertain the best course of action. You can find our full returns and refunds policy on our website.
