Venice is the classic and most popular Hidalgo dressage saddle, for a good reason!​

This saddle is made in red-brown Italian leather with a nappa seat and knee, and smooth leather flap. The Venice gives the rider an effortless and correct position, and enough support without locking the rider in. It's definitely a favourite of ours!

This saddle enables super fine aids and truly riding from the seat. The horse moves freely and unhindered due to the leather tree, and no rigid gullet plate.
​
A leather tree is supportive yet flexible and will adapt to the horse’s back along its entire length.
The saddle doesn’t collapse on the spine due to the layered rawhide tree construction, and a stirrup bar element which provides support and creates the gullet.
​
The detachable panels offer an excellent fit for different conformations and back profiles, or when the horse changes shape. All Hidalgo leather tree saddles become a close-contact custom fit while maintaining the ability to adjust, all you need to do is ride in it!
