Flex Boots use two types of washers: single washers and double washers.
 
Both types are compatible with Classic and wide Flex Boot styles.
 
Single washers are used with the pastern strap beneath the front ball rivet, while double washers are positioned under the ball rivets on the boot shell.
 
Washers are included with every complete Flex Boot, and they’re also available separately if you need replacements.
 
If you're replacing a ball rivet, it’s a good idea to check the condition of the washer at the same time.
 
Using rivets without washers is not recommended, as this may cause damage to the boot and could void the warranty.

Items are able to be returned for a refund or exchanged – provided they are clean and as new and within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. For items with dirt or signs of wear, a re-stocking fee will be deducted.
